Our support services have been delivered to many thousands of patients.

We boast an expert call centre & an extensive network of certified nurses, who undergo specific patient adherence training seminars at the onset of our Patient Support Programs (PSPs). Every PSP is accompanied by an especially designed Patient Compliance Protocol (PCP), which is approved in collaboration with each client & strictly implemented by BIOAXIS Healthcare. The PCP's implementation is supported by an automated management information system with the capacity for analytic reporting in order to monitor the success of each client's PSP.
